Mizuno analysed thousands of shots at their National fitting centres and found that golfers lose the greatest distance when the ball is struck high or low on the clubface. 'Ultimate Dynamic Stability' increases the size of the sweetspot both vertically and horizontally to ensure that you achieve the maximum possible distance, even on mis-hit shots!

A high strength, 1770 Maraging Stainless Steel face uses Mizuno's Hot Metal technology to produce consistently high ball speeds, close to what the rules of golf allow! Even though the JPX800 fairway wood is tremendously powerful and forgiving it still retains a classical appearance and 'square' profile to give a great look at address.

The JPX800's 'Balanced Performance' design ensures that criteria of ball speed, feedback, forgiveness, and address position are enhanced hand-in-hand without either adversely impacting the other. A low and deep centre of gravity makes it very easy to get the ball in the air from virtually any lie and comes with a slight draw bias as standard.
