Returns Policy

*Extended Christmas Returns*
To help you shop with confidence this Christmas, we are offering extended returns for the festive period. You are now able to get ahead with Christmas gifting and to return unwanted gifts in the New Year. All items ordered from the 1st October 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2025. Our standard Returns Policy Terms & Conditions apply.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and exact condition as sold and received. Items must not be used or worn, nor show any signs of damage, and must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke).

Any custom fit, personalised or special ordered items that are not standard stock cannot be returned for credit note or refund. Any item received as a free of charge gift must be returned back with the items for refund.

Unfortunately, return shipping costs are not covered within standard delivery costs. The charge for shipping a return is at the expense of the customer.
